International House at IUPUI
The I-House Community
As a living and learning center, I-House offers a cross-cultural residence option for international and U.S students and organizes programs on global issues for the campus and community. I-House brings together students, faculty, staff and the Indianapolis community for dialogue about international events and cross-cultural issues, providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and development of global awareness.

Apartments and Amenities
- All apartments are furnished and have a living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and storage area.
- High-Speed Internet hook-up in each room.
- Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) in each apartment.
- Free campus shuttle service. Located on public bus route with access to downtown and other shopping areas.
- Resident Assistant on site.
2011-2012 Rates
Four bedroom, two bathroom apartments (1,225 square feet) are shared by 4 people.
Private bedroom: $3,509.46 USD per semester (Fall) and $3,352.32 USD per semester (Spring), approximately $780.00 USD per month. This rate includes all utilities: phone, internet, and cable (service for television), electricity, water, and sewage.
I-House is fully furnished. Each bedroom has a bed, desk, dresser and closet. The living area includes table, chairs, sofa and a washer and dryer.
Standard contract dates are August 20, 2011 to May 7, 2012. International students attending the International Student Orientation may move in on August 14, 2011.
